Sketch, prototype, and iterate, iterate, iterate. Touch base with the client often, as they will help ensure that we're headed in the right direction. Apply behavior-driven development, review often, and revise as necessary.
Create useful (and useable!) training resources, lead training sessions, and collaborate with champions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Nothing is perfect right off the bat. Issues and bugs will inevitably arise, and areas for improvement will be identified. Catch these opportunities and implement improvements until everything works optimally.
